Execute a left knee strike while pulling both fists down to knees, jump forward and land on left leg with right leg crossed behind while executing a double back-fist strike, move right leg back into a left front stance with both fists at the belt, and then execute a low cross-block (left on top)
  16. Move left leg 90º counter-clockwise into a walking stance toward the back with a left horizontal backfist strike
  17. Open left hand and execute a right out-to-in round kick to left palm, lowering foot down into a horse stance with a right elbow strike to the left palm. Look right, move right leg to the left leg and execute a horizontal backfist
  18. Open right hand and execute a left out-to-in round kick to the right palm, lowering leg down into a horse stance with a left elbow strike to the right palm. Look left and execute a left single knife-hand block toward the back

  2. Execute right (back leg) axe kick to the front and without stepping down execute a right low side kick and a right high side kick

  2. Execute a left (front) leg inside – outside crescent kick stepping down into fighting stance
  3. Execute right (back) leg outside – inside crescent kick to the front stepping down into reverse fighting stance
  4. Pivoting on the right foot spin left counterclockwise 180° into a left front stance, executing a left knife hand strike (palm down), neck high
  5. Grabbing with the left hand, pull high target to the left while sweeping the feet with the left leg to the right
  6. Execute right reverse punch while moving into a left front stance
  7. Return to attention

  2. Execute front leg jumping left round house kick landing in fighting stance
  3. Immediately executing a right (back leg) spinning hell kick turning clockwise 180° into a fighting stance

  3. Step forward into a right front stance with a right center punch
  4. Look left, pivot on right foot and move left leg counter-clockwise 270º into a low left back stance with a right overhead fist/left outer-fist block (wisantulmaki)
  5. Shift into a left front stance, bring left fist into shoulder while executing a right uppercut
  6. Look right, step left leg across behind the right leg and move right leg out into a low back stance with a left overhead fist/right outer-fist block (wisantulmaki)

  3. Pivoting on the left foot, turn right 180° clockwise while executing a right knife hand strike (palm down) to the front neck high and assuming a reverse (right leg forward) fighting stance.
  4. Grabbing with the right hand pull the head high target to the left while sweeping the right leg to the right
  5. Turn into a left front stance to the left and execute a right reverse punch
  6. Return to attention

  2. Step back with left leg into left back stance while executing a right downward palm block
